Office & Dispatch
We always look for environmentally friendly products/services to satisfy our business needs. We closely monitor usage of our document handling equipment and ensure all models are the most efficient available. We minimise the use of paper in the office by scanning documents where possible and we only print documents when absolutely necessary. Digital document generation now dominates in our business. Our office as well as the warehouse and general areas contain recycling bins and waste bins to ensure we recycle as much material as possible. We re-use our packaging materials such as cardboard boxes whenever possible and minimise the use of other materials. We also recycle our printer cartridges, toners and drums.
Energy & Water Usage
We closely monitor gas and energy use. We use LED lighting where possible. Light and electrical equipment is switched off when not in use. Energy consumption of products is always evaluated prior to our purchasing decisions and we do not purchase equipment unless necessary. Our water usage is also monitored and we do our best to ensure there is no unnecessary waste, all leaks are repaired as urgently as possible and we have a strict policy of not using more than we need. Our electrical equipment is switched off when not in use, so are the lights and anything else that may contribute to higher energy consumption.
Vehicles, Travel & Carbon Footprint
Most of our employees live locally meaning we walk and cycle to work, we have ensured our company vehicles have the lowest emissions possible and we have a plan to add electric vehicles to our fleet once they become economically viable.

Our website is hosted in a datacentre where they match 100% of the energy consumed by their global operations with renewable energy and maintain a commitment to carbon neutrality.
