    The Reaper™ Rotating Jetting Nozzle is designed and engineered specifically for water jetting applications including pipe cleaning and sewer jetting projects for the residential, municipal, industrial or contractor market.

    SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE

    The Reaper’s rotating front jet is a 0-degree, straight water stream that blasts at up to 4000 PSI (276 bar) while rotating at an optimal speed to form a 24 or 30-degree cone of coverage.

    Reaper’s rear jets create a 20-degree angle for maximum thrusting and pulling power. The Reaper™ Rotating Jetting Nozzle is designed and engineered specifically for water jetting applications including pipe cleaning and sewer jetting projects for the residential, municipal, industrial or contractor market.

    DURABLE & RELIABLE

    These heavy-duty, high impact nozzles are constructed with stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide wear surfaces to withstand harsh environments and provide longer life than ceramic nozzles.

    Optimized stream quality results in greater impingement which allows you to complete jobs faster, use one tool for various applications (cutting, cleaning, removal, etc.) and use smaller nozzle sizes while getting the same or better performance as nozzles with higher GPM flow rates.

    Mandrel built nontoxic quality hose designed for suction and discharge of milk, yoghurt and fatty foodstuff.

    The inside tube can be sterilized with soda and steam up to a top temperature of maximum 120º C.

    CONSTRUCTION:

    • Tube: No taste or odor transfer white synthetic rubber.
    • Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic textile. Steel wire helix. Intermediate rubber layer which ensures perfect adhesion between lining and cover.
    • Cover: Blue abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber. Wrapped finish.
    • Temperature range: From -30° to 100° C.
